22 000 m2 building consists of 10 floors and is divided into 3 blocks.
Installation has approximately 2000 Yoga modules and 16000 nodes.
System serves daily about 3000 end-users in 30 companies with full Yoga IB functionality.
Yoga Ib's entire solution, which took the place of a separate climate control system, as well as access and security systems, was found to be approximately 15% less expensive than the total costs of all replaced controls. Despite of its modest price, the functionality of yoga IB surpassed the rival systems, as well as the initial expectations of the customer.
Yoga IB Functionality in practice;
- Access control is based on RFID identification. Every tenant can easily manage the access rights within its area over the web. The access information is also used for presence based climate control en lighting.
- The security system is controlled by the users through keypads, and is monitored over a web interface by a security company selected by the owner of the building or by the tenant itself.
- Climate control incorporates radiators heated by a central boiler, as well as fan coils mostly used to cool the rooms. Unfortunately the ventilation is driven centrally and is not connected to Yoga IB yet.
- Lighting in and around the building can be centrally monitored and driven over a web interface.
